2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and distance agreements between Michael Barnaart and the consumer.

3. Product Information

Our products are handmade. Small variations or irregularities are not considered defects.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT, exclude shipping. Payment required before dispatch.

5. Delivery

• Delivery within 2–15 working days after payment (in EU).
• Max delivery time: 60 days.
• Delays do not justify cancellation or damages unless due to gross negligence.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
• Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Returns are at your own expense and risk.

• If you return your entire order, the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded. If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs remain at your expense and will not be refunded.
• In the event of an exchange (e.g. different size or colour), no new shipping costs will be charged.
• In the event of an incorrectly delivered or damaged item, we will also reimburse the return costs.

7. Liability

• No liability except for gross negligence or intent.
• Use at customer’s own risk.
• Damage from misuse, poor maintenance, modifications excluded.

8. Warranty

6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and misuse excluded.

9. Force Majeure

Strikes, disasters, pandemics, transport issues: right to delay or cancel without liability.

10. Complaints

Submit via email. Response within 7 business days. We aim for a suitable solution.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs and content are protected. No use without prior written consent.

12. International Shipping

Duties, taxes outside France are customer responsibility.

13. Order Refusal

We may refuse or cancel orders in case of abuse, pricing errors, or irregularities.

14. Amendments

Terms may change anytime. Published version applies.

15. Disclaimer

Use as intended. Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from fire. Small parts/magnets may pose a hazard.

16. Governing Law
