In collaboration with the Mauritshuis museum, Michael Barnaart presents this exceptional brooch as a tribute to The Goldfinch, the masterpiece by Carel Fabritius. Each enamelled brooch is engraved and numbered, making it a unique collector’s item. The Goldfinch comes in an elegant storage box, perfect as a gift or to cherish yourself.

Strong images from both high and popular culture play an important role in the design of the brooches. By simplifying and abstracting shapes, a powerful and iconic image is created. The use of color and geometric compositions fit in with the tradition of Dutch design.
