Dutch fashion designers harvest international appreciation. Especially designers who are able to find their own strong handwriting succeed in spreading above ground level and acquiring a solid position. The Gemeentemuseum The Hague, the museum with one of the most important fashion collections in the world, thought it was high time for an Ode to Dutch fashion. Never before has such a large overview of Dutch fashion history been presented in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

The black-beige dripping dress from the Classics collection is exhibited together with other leading designs from fashion history, such as the Flowerbomb bow dress by Viktor & Rolf and the blue inauguration dress by Jan Taminiau for Queen M\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n

Until 7 February 2016, the Ode will be shown in Dutch fashion at the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag.<\/p>\n
