Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These terms apply to all offers and distance agreements between Michael Barnaart and the consumer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Product Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our products are handmade. Small variations or irregularities are not considered defects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prices include VAT, exclude shipping. Payment required before dispatch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery within 2\u201315 working days after payment (in EU).<\/li>\n<li>Max delivery time: 60 days.<\/li>\n<li>Delays do not justify cancellation or damages unless due to gross negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Right of Withdrawal &amp; Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<li>Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Returns are at your own expense and risk.<\/li>\n<li>Return address: Michael Barnaart; Lieu dit Le Piot; 32500 Fleurance; France<\/li>\n<li>If you return your entire order, the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded. If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs remain at your expense and will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of an exchange (e.g. different size or colour), no new shipping costs will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of an incorrectly delivered or damaged item, we will also reimburse the return costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and misuse excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strikes, disasters, pandemics, transport issues: right to delay or cancel without liability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit via email. Response within 7 business days. We aim for a suitable solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All designs and content are protected. No use without prior written consent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. International Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duties, taxes outside France are customer responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Order Refusal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may refuse or cancel orders in case of abuse, pricing errors, or irregularities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terms may change anytime.
