Podium aan Zee (Stage by the Sea, NTR, NPO2), a musical party in which Bart Chabot and Floris Kortie give an ode to Piet Mondrian, live from the Kurhaus in Scheveningen. Chabot talks about the heroes of the artist and looks at his special record collection. The Residentie Orkest plays, under the direction of Nicholas Collon, works by Milhaud and Stravinsky, among others, and dancers from Introdans dance a duet by Hans van Manen. The concert from the Kurzaal is interspersed with outdoor performances by, among others, singer-songwriter Karsu and Fuse. Podium aan Zee is the successor of the Hofvijver concert.
